This high efficiency mixer has three functions,one with barrel,one with wire whip,and the other is with hook.
The barrel and the wire whip is made of stainless steel #304,and the dough arm and the hook is made of aluminium.
It's safe to use because it's with 3.4 shield and safety protection device.
It's with meat ground,and you can choose different minced meat mouth,one is YQ-M30B and the other is YQ-M20B.
It's gear shifting so while use it, user's safety is guaranteed.

Selection of Agitator and Speed

Dough arm:
Suitable for heavy bread dough ot other high viscosity food materials. Suggested amount of water is 45%~50% of the flour
-- Set the machine at LOW SPEED.
Beater:
Suitable for thin batters, cakes, mashing potatoes, and crushed, powdered, pasty food like stuffing.
-- Set the machine at MIDDLE SPPED.
Wire whip:
Suitable for Mixing liquid food, whipping cream and beating eggs.
-- Set the machine at HIGH SPEED
(Important Note: STOP the machine to change speed, DO NOT mix dough at middle or high speed)
